Defense Services Marketing Council (DSMC) as the most established incubator that accelerates Defense, Space & Security industry organizations growth from the UAE we are always evolving to meet future industry needs.
DSMC continues to host monthly senior level workshops to include working groups officially supported by various government, academic and local economic development agencies that bring focus and feedback to senior stakeholders on defense and aerospace topics.
One initiative we continue to grow and progress to benefit our members and clients is advanced research and development programs.
DSMC was appointed the Strategic Consultant by the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee (TDC) to DITEC - The UAE’s Defence Innovation, Research and Technology program that first brought the world’s leading defense research and development center leaders all together for the first time from US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), France’s Direction générale de l’armement (DGA), Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) from South Korea and UK’s Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) to the UAE and was officially supported by The UAE Ministry of Defense (UAE MoD), Tawazun Economic Council (TEC), and the UAE Space Agency.
Our DSMC Subject Matter Experts have also acted as consultants to the Global Aerospace Summit (GAS) in Abu Dhabi for the Space Industry, Offsets and Technology Transfer working groups and works regularly as industry leading strategic advisors for the Dubai Airshow (DAS). DSMC has various academic partners also to focus on robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Energy and other leading edge innovations and technologies. These partnership include, but are not limited to Khalifa University and MASDAR with our DSMC Member Partnering to Achieve Innovation in Defense & Aerospace (PAIDA) Working Group.
